Designing Engaging Emails
As Blue Nile, a leading online jeweler of engagement rings and fine jewelry, looked to develop a more robust and engaging email content, they decided to overhaul the email content targeting one of their largest audience segments, engagement customers. They developed a multi-phase rollout for their new engagement lifecycle series, and I was brought in to help build out multiple touch points in the new email campaign.
Working alongside the Blue Nile design, copywriting, and email strategy teams, I designed emails in both phases of the engagement lifecycle series, developed concepts for the upcoming summer sale campaign (including emails, digital banner ads, and social), and assisted on multiple other email campaign creative. I also assisted in refining and delivering a new landing page, and corresponding email, that highlighted tips from Blue Nile’s diamond buying expert.
